Venison
At Buck & Doe Co we believe in quality Venison Products which everyone can enjoy. From custom butchery, hand-made sausages, hand made burgers, steaks and more we are sure you will find a product which will make you fall in love with venison.
Venison is a sustainable meat, in the UK we have the highest number of deer we have seen for over 1,000 years. Deer are something we have to manage to help with spread of diseases, also we want the strongest of blood lines for the healthiest animals in the herds.
Hand Made Sausages
We make all of our sausages by hand, we even use a crank by hand sausage stuffer. We make plain 100% venison sausages or we have a couple of really delicious flavours.
Some venison sausages are made with added pork fat due to the low fat content in venison but we are proud that our sausages are nothing more than venison, seasoning and hogs casings.
As our products are handmade we try to make them as uniform as we can but cannot guarantee they will be the same size every time.

Hand Made Burgers
Our burgers are perfect for a BBQ or even just for a tasty dinner. Hand made from start to finish, we hand press each and every one of our burgers. You can choose form plain venison burgers or we have a range of seasoned burgers. Ranging from Texan Ranch, Hickory Smoke, Hunters Feast and many more.

Whether you want a joint for roasting or a tasty steak for a Friday night we can accommodate you with our range of steak sizes and joints.
